- A relevant recognised qualification. The qualification must be at, or above, the qualification level on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework (NZQF) that corresponds to the skill level indicated for that occupation in the ANZSCO.
- The relevant work experience that the ANZSCO indicates may substitute the required qualification.
- The relevant requirements specified in column three of the Long Term Skill Shortage List (LTSSL) for your occupation (if your occupation is included in the LTSSL).
- Five years of relevant work experience in a Skill Level One occupation.

4楼 K (游客)(09 Aug 2012, China) 您在NZ工作的时候已经有3年以上，申请雅思成绩豁免成功的机会应该比较大，不过也出现过移民局不接受豁免申请的个案，所以如果您的英语不是特别困难的话，建议考虑一下是否保险一些考个6.5。另外你在NZ已经有长时间的skilled employment，只要满足ANZSCO里的要求并且EOI分数超过100，理论上是不需要您太太帮忙加分就可以办理技术移民的，基于这个前提，您太太作为副申请人即可，不需要她的学历加分，因此也无需提供雅思成绩。 @TA

- 雅思成绩以及成绩单编号是EOI中必填的项目，除非您申请雅思成绩豁免，否则无法提交EOI

2.在国内如果拿到NZ的OFFER,可以同时递交EOI吗？还是必须等工作一段时间再递交申请？
- 拿到OFFER，EOI够100分就可以申请了，当然工作后再申请也是可以的 @TA

CHEFS plan and organise the preparation and cooking of food in dining and catering establishments.
Cooks, Fast Food Cooks and Kitchenhands are excluded from this unit group. Cooks are included in Unit Group 3514 Cooks. Fast Food Cooks and Kitchenhands are included in Minor Group 851 Food Preparation Assistants.

Indicative Skill Level:
Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with the qualifications and experience outlined below.

In New Zealand:
NZ Register Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)

At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
Tasks Include:

planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies

-可移民技术职业清单就是紧缺职业，也就是之前提到的即时短缺（ISSL）和长期短缺（LTSSL），此外基督城经历了去年的地震需要重建，现在多了个CSSL，也就是坎伯雷地区的紧缺职业清单。不过这几个清单上的职业在申请移民的过程会不一样，LTSSL的职业可以直接申请技术移民，但ISSL的职业只能用于申请工签，要办技术移民的话只能等工签下来，工作一段时间后再申请。以下是移民局网站的原文：

We use the LTSSL for both temporary work and residence instructions. If you come to work in New Zealand based on meeting the LTSSL requirements, you may be eligible for residence through our Work to Residence (LTSSL) instructions, or the Skilled Migrant Category.

We only use the ISSL for temporary work instructions. If you come to work in New Zealand based on meeting the ISSL requirements, there is no direct link to residence.

会计已经被移除出紧缺清单，因此无法直接申请。不过Accountant - Chartered - Senior positions (221111)还在即时短缺职业清单里，所以申请工签的话在理论上可行，但很多雇主可能会觉得麻烦而不愿意请外国人（比如移民局会调查为什么不请本地人等）。

2、如果只有OFFER，人没有在新西兰，申请通过的概率大吗？

-大，非常的大，只要你的EOI能达到100分，几乎没有失败的可能。不过，人没在新西兰但能拿到当地OFFER的可能性非常的小……

3、工作邀请需要什么形式的？类似劳动合同吗？对企业的要求是什么？必须证明在本地聘用不到这个职位的人吗？

-我也没拿到过NZ的OFFER所以具体情况也不是很清楚，但应该还没到合同那一部，估计也就是觉得你的条件不错符合对方公司的要求之类的说明吧，跟国内外企发的OFFER LETTER差不多。 @TA

Either a qualification specifically recognised by NZQA as comparable to a:

Bachelor of Engineering,

Bachelor of Engineering (with Honours), or
Master of Engineering degree

A bachelor degree (Level 7) or higher with a letter from IPENZ certifying that the degree and any further learning meets the academic requirements for registration as a 'Chartered Professional Engineer' in New Zealand
